WalkWithUs mentioned in Telegraph

We feel honoured!

WalkWithUs was published in The Telegraph paper UK edition.

We're really happy for mentioning us in an international platform.

We Thank Mrs Gill Charlton, author of the article.

Though she booked a tour with us, unfortunately her hotel had already arranged a walking tour a day before , for the same location - Thanjavur Bhiradeeswara Temple (Big Temple). When she updated us about the last minute change, we offered her a free walk on the next day.

Mrs Gill accepted that offer and Walked with us.

After the session got over she was astonished and also at the same time she felt bad that her pervious walk was not informative and hence offered us 2000 INR. Since we already mentioned that it was free tour for her because she already paid to a different operator a day before; but she didn't agree and insisted us to accept the tip and we agreed.

She also wrote an email later that day:

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed my too short talk with Deepak. I can’t tell you how much more I learned than with the usual ‘official’ guide. I shall definitely be recommending your walks to our readers and I hope to do more when I’m next in the area. Thank you so much for setting it up at such short notice.

As she promised she published about us to her readers.
